Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

Very Reliable and trustworthy company, staff are very trustworthy and pay attention to detail, we used AVI-SPL is a hi-spec exhibition in Dubai and found their expertise better than any other competitor in the region. They offered the best solution in terms of cost, delivery, and installation and we would have no hesitation in using them again on another project.

in terms of customer service and response times, AVI-SPL has been exceptional, they offered 24/7 service during the installation and during the next stage which is a maintenance contract, they are on-site full time and meet every single KPI every single time, we have never been let down by any member of the team.
on our installations, AVI-SPL has offered a full remote system which the technicians can diagnose any problems of carrying out repairs without actually visiting the site, this is a fantastic facility as it offers a better and faster service and reduces all the risks of an outage. this ensures 100% productivity at all times

They offer the best product range and have a very good relationship with the 3rd party vendors, the key to being an effective AV service provider is having the key contacts with the manufacturers to ensure complete system availability and having a continuous reactive maintenance service during the operation to ensure 100% operation at all times. We found the AVI-SPL delivered on this each and every single time
