Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL is one of the primary AV integrators used by our company for a variety of AV projects.

  • Global management/consistency - quality of work in smaller regions
  • Custom Design - Design of new AV system where no established standards already exist.
  • AVI-SPL is able to complete projects with less hand-holding by our delivery PMs which allows them to take on more projects. This is good for our efficiency.
My interaction with support post-delivery has been minimal. But the few interactions I have had have been fine.

AVI-SPL is well suited for the vast majority of our projects. From small to large scope projects they have performed consistently well.

The one area we have seen AVI-SPL struggle a bit is with new system design. When we have hired AVI-SPL to design new products or custom systems for us, the results have been less consistent.
