Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We use AVI-SPL as a vendor. Due to their size and industry focus, working with them gives us the ability to offer our customers a very wide range of AV and IT-related products that otherwise, it would be very hard for us to offer to them competitively. We use them for this all the time.

Pros

  • Customer service has always been excellent!
  • Fantastic product knowledge
  • They are just so reliable

Cons

  • Maybe a searchable product database
  • Their quote part#s are a little odd
  • That's about all I have
  • Access to equipment
  • ease of ordering
  • Ease of tracking
We have a fantastic rep who takes care of our company. He is knowledgeable of the product, the market, and our needs. He understands that speed and accuracy are critical to our business and he does a great job ensuring those points on every transaction.

AVI-SPL is very well suited either to act as an AV-related distributor, to assist you with any sized AV install, or to perform the entire install themselves. Their quality and capability - how is second to none.
