Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

When we have new ideas to change how a classroom is set up, needing to innovate new ways of doing things, AVI-SPL has helped us out.

Pros

Cons

  • I cannot think of how AVI could improve, they are working very well as is.
  • Making our classrooms easier for instructors to use in wonderful.
When we ran into a situation with products being on back-order, AVI-SPL was able to find suitable products that still fit our needs and get them to us in a timely manner.
We have received the right tools from AVI-SPL to get our instructors working at home when classes went fully remote. It was a smooth transition for us. No issues.
We have purchased equipment from other vendors, however, AVI-SPL is always on time and on a budget so it is so nice working with them.

When we needed to work on implementing new technologies into our smart rooms, such as new switchers, projectors, amplifiers, etc., AVI-SPL has led us to the correct hardware to make what we wanted to happen possibly.
