Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We use AVI-SPL for all of our A/V needs. I have a lot of customers that come to me looking for help trying to source various products for a specific installation or a full build. AVI-SPL is always able to help identify the products and recommend alternatives if they cannot find exactly what the customer is looking for.
Pros

- Responsive quotes
- Organized invoicing and tracking
Cons
- Including tracking information on the invoices themselves
- Pricing can be a little high compared to some of my other sources I use.
- They have allowed me to be responsive on all A/V projects where I normally would no-bid
- Was able to win a very large A/V project for one of my government customers that I was working to get in deeper with.
We use AVI-SPL for government sourcing. Not for internal use.
- Ingram Micro and TD SYNNEX (Tech Data + Synnex)
AVI-SPL can be a bit higher, but they are able to help with more technical support in building solutions better than others. They are slightly more expensive, but it can be worth it in the long run.
