Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
AVI-SPL completed the installation and commissioning for the visual and audio equipment in our school auditorium and supplementary facilities.
Pros
- When a service contract is in place, their technicians are knowledgeable and efficient.
Cons
- The equipment proposed and selected is complicated. Each technician resets the system based on their preferences and tends to diminish the quality of the previous technicians' work and organization.
- There have been several appointments that needed to be rescheduled by AVI-SPL.
- Their sales/install team is slow to respond to requests for information and proposals.
- We just entered another service contract because we could not get them to respond otherwise. So, we are seeing some benefits, but it is slow to build.
Since we are a school, hybrid and remote options are not available.
