Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

They provide the AV equipment for conference and meeting rooms. We are TEAMs integrated, and their products support this framework, so they were a solution provider who had both audio and visual cameras and speakers that fit our needs. We now have several spaces that utilize their a/v setups.

Not really. I have called several times and while the representatives who answer the phones are very nice and helpful at scheduling appointments, the troubleshooting isn't available and we often have to have a tech come out which costs us money
We have a partial hybrid environment. The usage of the Teams integrated platform has allowed in-person visitors to connect with viewers around the globe for customer presentations and information sharing.

AV equipment is good for office settings where there is not a lot of movement, such as conference rooms, etc. Anywhere there is movement such as in a kitchen, the equipment lags in speed, and viewers have a hard time following as the tracking is delayed. In this situation, the tracking cannot be turned off unless a technician is called out. Would be good to have more options for customization without incurring costs.
