Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We needed new BrightAuthor units installed and set up at our new warehouse. We also needed a software upgrade to the current BrightSign software we're using at our main facility. AVI-SPL took over our case and stayed in constant contact while waiting for equipment to come in. All employees I spoke with were very professional, took initiative, and seemed highly motivated.

We are in somewhat of a hybrid working environment but mostly back in the office full time. AVI-SPL hasn't assisted our company with this, but I am again confident that given the need for utilizing them in this scenario, they would knock it out of the park with professionalism across the board.
