Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

We utilize AVI-SPL for obtaining quality equipment as well and turn key solutions including control systems, digital signage, and high-end conference room solutions. With so many different manufactures we have in this facility, it can be difficult at times to come up with a solution to encompass and utilize all the systems to there fullest. AVI-SPL has always been efficient and effective when taking these challenges head on.

Pros

  • Projection systems
  • Control systems such as Crestron
  • Digital signage displays

Cons

  • I really don't have any complaints that i can think of other than the shipping dilemma we are currently in but to no fault of AVI-SPL
  • The meeting room solutions has made it much simpler to host conferences
  • The ROI on many projects has been incredible even in a short period of time
  • Their costs are reasonable and products/ systems quality is top notch
I have yet to have to reach out to AVI-SPL's global help desk at this point. The products we have received and multiple systems implemented have all been efficient and service if needed was handled at the time of test out.

AVI-SPL has always delivered quality work and systems. There sales reps are on top of it and always deliver quotes asap. They are also really good about following up after to ensure client needs have been met and products are working as designed. They are able to handle a wide variety of tasks such as digital signage, video walls, control systems, audio systems, and the list goes on.
