Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL
We have been using AVI-SPL for over 10 years now for Onsite Managed Services and integration projects.
Pros
- Cost of projects are competitive
Cons
- Projects never complete on time
- Constant follow-up from customer needed on action items
- They don't come to you, customer has to go to them for advice/recommendations
- They really haven't help deliver any ROI
N/A they haven't really helped with this.
Since they have been cost competitive, that is the only reason i have stayed with AVI-SPL. Outside of that i would move to another competitor if i could.
