Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL has been our go-to source for the presentation and sound technology at our 300-member church in Longboat Key. Our tech leadership team has found their experts to be highly knowledgeable about sound and image technology and what best fits not only our physical space but also our budget and timeline. We have made several major upgrade purchases and found them not only responsive but cost-competitive with discount houses and all online alternatives. Best advice, customized to our needs without overpaying.

Pros

  • Analyzed our physical soundstage from architect drawings and made recommendations tailored to our space.
  • Fast email response and call-backs from their consultants - we never had to wait. They get back before the day ends.
  • They remember us as a valued client, even if months go by between purchases. We never have to be reintroduced.
  • Invoicing is clear and concise with no mystery charges - always matches the quotes.

Cons

  • Hard to fault them - our experience has always been great.
  • Online invoicing requires a credit card, but our church does not have one, so the option to send a check-in would be nice.
  • We have been able to expand our conference rooms from 1 to 4 and served more congregants in Zoom outreach without increasing complexity.
  • They have helped us avoid overspending on outside consultants and their equipment recommendations by 50% or more this year.
