Overall Satisfaction with AVI-SPL

AVI-SPL is an integrator for our conference rooms for AV system and they have been supporting us closely and have been doing an excellent work for us. Any urgent incident at AV system, they come to our site and fix the issue professionally and timely.

They have been support us for a while and I am satisfied over all. They have upgrade several conference rooms for us and we are pleased for the quality and performance.
Since we had a covid environment, some of the people work remotely and online meeting has been increased. We have a great experience at our boardroom and training room with upgraded AV system, installed by AVI-SPL.
AVI-SPL was the primary integrator already when I came to work here.

When we have an issue for AV system, AVI-SPL resolve the issue very quickly. On the other hand, when I place an order for an project, due to the labor limitation, we needed to wait for several weeks to complete it.
