Overall Satisfaction with Axcient x360Recover

We use Axcient x360Recover to actively backup our clients and restore files/folders when needed. We backup some servers nightly and some as often as every 4 hours. We also backup some workstations if requested by our clients. We have used the virtual office in a DR scenario and even spun up test servers to see if an upgrade would do more harm then good for some software packages for our clients.

Axcient x360Recover gave us either the same or more bang for our buck. The support for Axcient is way above that of Acronis.

Axcient x360Recover is a great option for those smaller (or even larger) clients that don't want to have appliances on site. You can just install the agent and backup to the cloud without having to spend the money to purchase something concrete to place on site.
