Overall Satisfaction with Axonify
Axonify is primarily used for learning reinforcement for all our classroom training programs. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we also used it for all our employees to provide them with relevant learning from home and on their mobile. It helps us measure the knowledge increase and we also use it as a way to measure knowledge at regular intervals.
Pros
- Learning Reinforcement to ensure participants don't forget what they learnt
- Gamification with points, badges and leaderboard to keep learners motivated
Cons
- Content hungry platform as users who love it consume content very quickly
- 6 digits cost saving from learning hours not spent in the classroom
- 6 digits opportunity cost from learning on employees own time
- Zero compliance issues from areas where Axonify was being used as a learning tool
- SAP SuccessFactors, Skillsoft Percipio (Skillport), Udemy for Business and LinkedIn Learning (Lynda.com)
Each of the above has its use and I selected Axonify as it's a unique tool that is in its own segment. It meets the needs that other tools, LMS, or learning libraries do not.
