Overall Satisfaction with Azuqua Platform
This tool is being used to create targeted notifications and streamlining communications based on criteria as needed. It addresses a lot related to automation and reporting. It also helps us to communicate status and movement of certain KPIs in a clean and automated way. It works well with Smartsheet to become an advanced notification tool, whereas Smartsheet notifications are a little more limited.
- Tracking change over time and showing that in aggregate format
- Creating complex multiple if/then scenarios
- Only sending reminders if certain criteria are met
- I wish the FLOs were more self explanatory.
- I wish it was more clear how many FLOs are needed and when to adjust a FLO vs when to create a new one.
- I wish the criteria screen within a FLO would allow for easier toggling/testing.
- Positive view related to tracking things that are tough to get to otherwise
- Positive in terms of automation and time saved/emails
- Negative in terms of time figuring out how to best use the tool
Smartsheet notifications is the main competitor for what we use Azuqua for. When we got Azuqua, there was no competitor and Smartsheet actually recommended it as the solution. Now, we split up the work between the 2 tools and use Smartsheet for the easier notifications and Azuqua for the more complicated ones.
