Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR

I use BambooHR on a daily basis. All of our HR functions, reporting, payroll, time off, performance reviews, etc. are completed in BambooHR. Switching over to BambooHR has saved us so much time and more than that, energy! It is easy to use and they have amazing customer support. I would highly recommend BambooHR to anyone looking for a BETTER HRIS.

BambooHR customer support is amazing!
BambooHR reporting is great. Very easy to use.
BambooHR is a very up-to-date system compared to Paychex. Their customer service compared to Paychex is out of this world!

We really use BambooHR for almost all aspects of our business for HR. The only areas I can really see that they can improve in would be having the ability to do the benefits changes and open enrollment in the BambooHR app. This would be much easier for the employees as they sign up.

Yes - Paychex Flex - they were very outdated and customer service was not good at all.

Implementation was great. They were there to support us and help us with each step.

Yes - First phase was the HRIS part. Then the benefits, then the payroll.
Change management was a small part of the implementation and was well-handled - Maybe a little more hands-on training sessions with our staff.

No, that's not an option with BambooHR.
BambooHR has always been available when I needed them. There was a time that something was not calculating properly on the payroll report and they quickly resolved it so we could submit our payroll on time.

Yes - It works great. I do wish that a few other features were available on the mobile app. But overall it works great.

It is very scalable where needed.
Always available.
I have had very few instances where Bamboo did not perform as quick as needed.
