Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®
We use BambooHR as our HRIS. It serves as the central location for employee records, and as a repository for forms, documents, benefit information and more. We recently added the Performance Management module and the time tracking module. We wanted a "one stop shop" for all HR related "things" for ease of use.
Pros
- Intuitive, so easy to use and navigate
- Great support / service
- Clean look and feel
Cons
- Not as customizable as I would hope .. for example performance reviews.
- Time tracking is not as robust or configurable as we hoped.
- Org chart not very usable.
- Job postings do not have a multi city option so I need to post the same job in four locations.
- Saves time ... easy to use
- Clarity of information
- One place for information
