Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use BambooHR for time off request, org charts, tracking employee data, onboarding/off boarding, tracking training completion and more. It is the source of truth for our organization and heavily utizlied by all. We have also integrated it to our payroll system. Paylocity for easier pay updates and process imovement.

Usability

The employees have told us it is relatively easy to use and figure out when going in on their own. I never used the product before and found it easy to figure out as well, on the admin side. Support is also available to guide promptly. I would recommend it.

Support Rating

I have had some support that is very rude but others that are helpful and patient to guide me or my employee through an issue or a question. I believe they reply fast to get the answer needed to proceed to solve the issue. A chat function would be a nice feature in the future.

BambooHR Reporting

They have helped us compile necessary data such as time off usage, demographics, ensure that entries are correct, do a full analysis on compensation to ensure we are fair and equitable. Without the reporting function, the people ops team would have a lot of difficulty. it does have room for improvement though.

It does the job we were looking for it to do and is continually improving too. It is integrated with the systems we use - Okta, Lattice, Paylocity and more which makes everything more streamline and efficient. The platform looks good too - informing employees on work anniversaries and birthdays.

I use it and will continue to use it!
