site navigation is user friendly. Support turnaround is quick, product feedback is encouraged and it seems BambooHR is constantly releasing new features.
Very responsive. If they do not know an answer, they will tell you efficiently.
It has made merit review, historical review, and audit reporting much more efficient.
BambooHR is much more user friendly. What it lacks in technical/complexities it is working to improve.
