Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We use BambooHR as our main HRIS system for our company. The product helps us to keep track of all of our employees and important information/files. We also use BambooHR for our hiring needs.

BambooHR is extremely simple to use and very user friendly. this is from feedback received from our employees as well. Tasks such as booking days off or finding an org chart are extremely straight forward and quick to do due to the easy to navigate design of BambooHR.
The support team is great and always helps me find quick answers and solutions to what I need. However, I would not give a 10 as the waiting time to reach someone is sometimes extremely long and a couple times where i have needed support, there were no available reps all day long. One day i had a very urgent query and no one was online in the support chat.
BambooHR reporting has provided us with the ability to naviagte through and create / build reports that help us with our daily tasks. The reporting function is extremely easy to use and always provides all the required / needed information for us.
BambooHR is much for user friendly and easy to use for everyone. It has more useful features that work well for our needs. Report building is more simplified. The Support team are much more interactive and reachable.

BambooHR is extremely user friendly and easy to use. This is also stated from many of our employees as not much training is required on how to use it. It is extremely simple and straight forward.
