Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

We have been able to successfully track time-off accruals and requests for our employees, easily onboard and offboard employees, track goals and reviews, run reports, and create signature templates for documents.

Pros

  • Ease of use on both the app and the web based version.

Cons

  • I would love for the open enrollment/benefits feature to be a bit more user friendly, allowing employees to view their out of pocket costs after entering company contributions.
  • BambooHR has reduced the excessive physical paper involved with hiring/onboarding.
Very easy for me to use on the back end, as well as the employees.
The response time is fast and the customer support agents are always helpful and friendly.
The ability to quickly run statistical data for payroll, managers, executive team has helped tremendously.

BambooHR is wonderful for the hiring process, as well as the onboarding. I do wish there was a way to integrate the time-off feature with quickbooks, so that I did not have to reconcile the accrued and used time-off each pay period against our Quickbooks payroll reports.
