Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I am head of HR for my company. We switched from Gusto to BambooHR®. BambooHR® has better features in comparison to Gusto. I love how BambooHR® host webinar's when changes come about to keep us all informed. Tech support appears to be more knowledgeable. I also appreciate BambooHR® for being user friendly and the platform welcomes feedback from its clients, continuously looking for ways to improve! Lastly, the new AI feature the website has; has made it easy for my staff to ask questions and find the answer's they are looking for, even outside of my office hours.

I feel the system is user friendly and fairly easy to navigate. I can not think of anything the system can improve on at the moment.
The tech support department has been very helpful in navigating the BambooHR® app. Each tech I have interacted with were very knowledgeable. Any time the tech person was unable to answer my questions, they did a deeper digging and was able to follow up with me via email at least within 24 hours with the correct answer.

I currently export hours from a different time keeping system. Sometimes the import file can come across with "errors" but when I review the export, I do not find the error. The good thing about that mishap was I was able to contact tech support for them to look a little deeper. Tech support found the descrepancy.
