Overall Satisfaction with BambooHR®

I use BambooHR to clock in and out of work, receive notifications for breaks and lunch breaks, and submit time off requests. Support is easy to use and very organized. This product addresses time tracking and management problems within our organization.

Pros

  • Time Tracking.
  • Time Management.
  • Payroll Approval.
  • Hiring and Employee profile management.

Cons

  • There's a little bit of latency when you clock in and out. You need to refresh your screen to ensure that BambooHR has captured your recent activity. I observe this when Bamboo is in a long idle state. So always refresh!
  • It's an improvement in onboarding and employee time tracking.
It's an easy-to-navigate and secure portal.
My boss said she always likes reaching out to their customer support. She gets answers to her questions right away.
I only use it to check on currently hired employees, as I am in the learning and development field. But it's very efficient pulling out records of newbies.

I can say it's appropriate in any aspect of time management. It's a straightforward tool for employees to use for tracking their work time. This product is highly recommended for companies, particularly those that operate remotely.
