Overall Satisfaction with Basecamp

Basecamp is currently being used among our digital and online ecommerce team to interact with several vendors to schedule and plan a variety of initiatives. I work with the marketing side of our ecommerce team, and have found Basecamp to be very useful in planning email blasts, marketing campaigns, vendor powered coupons, and other such tasks. Basecamp helps resolve the "Whats Next" issue. It keeps us organized and structured such that we know what needs to be provided and by who.

Basecamp is likely just as good as or better than most competition out there. It is very easy to use and easy to setup which makes it so you can go from day 1. I've had several conversations with people at Basecamp and they are very intelligent and helpful to resolve any issues I am facing.
Renewing with Basecamp is a no brainer. Without it there would be so many different projects that would be lost in the mass of emails that everyone receives. I fully support and recommend Basecamp as a key tool to organize and structure your project management for any type of company where you are needing to work as a team across multiple areas.
Basecamp is very useful if you are struggling with keeping a workflow in place and holding people accountable for their actions. I would recommend Basecamp to pretty much any organization as you could be using it among a small team of 5 people, to an entire organization. Another added benefit is that Basecamp is not extremely expensive as some of the competitors are.
