Basecamp is used widely within our marketing and digital departments. We use Basecamp to help track and manage current projects and communicate with other teams members within the tool. Basecamp helps teammates manage their workload and have a place to collaborate and track progress of projects. Because of our company's switch to Basecamp, we save time and energy, allowing us to do more with current resources.
- Basecamp's user interface is attractive and simple, allowing anyone with basic computer skills the ability to successfully use this tool.
- Basecamp helps organize projects in a meaningful and streamlined way.
- Basecamp allows interoffice communication that helps track all collaborative feedback for each project in one place.
- I would love for Basecamp to have a more robust instant messenger option. Pings work but would like to see this developed further.
- Basecamp has helped save time and resources which translates to greater productivity among current employees.
