Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

I was contracted to write a integration between BigCommerce and the drop shipper.

Pros

  • Great API
  • Great documentation

Cons

  • API support is lacking
  • Communication is lacking from support
  • Volusion,ultracart
The selection choice was made for me. However BigCommerce has the most developed api I have seen out of the box.
BigCommerce is great for expansion. The API is well developed and documented and allows for great flexibility. It is a RESTful API - I do wish they offered a Soap API or more documentation for .NET. All the examples are in PHP.
