Overall Satisfaction with Bigcommerce
Bigcommerce was a business solution for us to change from an older outdated platform to a newer more sophisticated platform. Our older platform was 11 years old and was really outdated and lacking in customer service and functionality.
- Customer service is top notch. The phone support is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable, kind and courteous.
- The platform is new and up to date, easy to use and offers a lot of options.
- The platform is secure and reliable.
- More options in configuring web-templates (colors, fonts ETC...).
- A littler better integration with Google shopping and Google field mapping.
- SEO mapping - filling in SEO fields that will populate SEO fields if left blank.
- Better conversion on shopping cart abandonment
- Better in store search capability
- Much better image and description interface for customers as well on the back end for administrator
Best customer service I have ever worked with.
