Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We use a BigCommerce platform for our eCommerce division. We don't have business problems, we use Big Commerce as a reach platform. It allows us to reach rural America.
  • Regardless of skill levels or technical know-how, we have been able to create good customer-friendly websites in a timely manner.
  • The customer service group within BigCommerce is knowledge and helpful.
  • Adding new products, adjusting product price, and reworking product descriptions is not a difficult task.
  • The customer review area should be at a higher visual level on the product pages.
  • Our return on investment is good. Our business is very good. We have nothing negative to say.
We like the promotional banners for sales promotions, changing the banners is very easy, we change banners a lot.
