Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use a BigCommerce platform for our eCommerce division. We don't have business problems, we use Big Commerce as a reach platform. It allows us to reach rural America.
- Regardless of skill levels or technical know-how, we have been able to create good customer-friendly websites in a timely manner.
- The customer service group within BigCommerce is knowledge and helpful.
- Adding new products, adjusting product price, and reworking product descriptions is not a difficult task.
- The customer review area should be at a higher visual level on the product pages.
