I use BigCommerce for my e-commerce business as a platform to sell retail lighting and home decor products. It makes selling online very easy to get started with, and it is easily scalable as [my] business grows.
- Technical customer support. It is always quick to talk to an expert on the phone or chat window when I need assistance with my online storefront.
- BigCommerce allows for streamlined, simple app add-ons and integrations with our accounting and shipping software.
- It would be great if the product filtering feature were easier to implement.
