Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
It is used by the whole organization. We use it as a research tool for our alumni and clients as well as e-commerce for public seat sales, e-learning and bookstore.
Pros
- Easy to manage orders
- Easy to update products
- Easy to create non product web pages
- Built in blog capabilities
Cons
- WYSIWYG functionality often doesn't work correctly.
- While the support desk replies quickly, when they send out the "how did we do" email, they don't recap from which ticket.
- Changes to the template (example standard colors) don't always work.
- Online Store
The only full integration we have is with SalesNet, and it works great. We also use OLark for chat, which was very easy to set up. We also use AddThis.
- Much easier to use then our old platform
- The sliders add for a more dynamic landing page and allows us to highlight certain events or services
