Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

I use bigcommerce to promote my website. I am an herbalist who offers consultations and products. Bigcommerce makes it easy and affordable to have a web presence and their 24/7 customer service is fantastic.

Pros

  • Local, fluent English speaking customer service.
  • 24/7 Customer Service.
  • Real-time shipping.
  • User-friendly theme templates.

Cons

  • There should be a tick box on the customs form that says 'Gift', so that I can create a custom international order when I send gifts to my friends.
  • Online Store
  • Social Media (e.g. Facebook, Pinterest)
I do not use any other tools.
I chose to leave Weebly because of the lack of real-time shipping. Bigcommerce was able to do what Weebly customer service was unable to provide, quickly and effortlessly.

Bigcommerce is a fantastic way to build your first website and more. They make the learning process an enjoyable experience. I chose to stay with them for their excellent, local, English-speaking customer service; a rare find in today's online customer service experience.
