Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use BigCommerce as our face to the business community. It is our retail store as well as our custom design services.
Pros
- Overall system administration is very easy compared to other platforms
- Help desk is very accessible and knowledgeable
- Very strong cyber security
Cons
- New features are typically very buggy. Could do a better job of testing.
- Advertise new features during conference calls but availability is months away.
- Attract more site visitors
- Increase order value
- Increase request for quotes

Integration with shipping easy was very easy, integration with sales and orders was very easy.
Previously developed 2 generations of homegrown systems, but I get tired of the technical maintenance required.
