Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use this to generate sales on our website. The templates are easy to use and the support team is extremely helpful. The built in features help us reach a customer base we never thought we could. It allows for the right amount of customization to use.

- Plan listings. We recently were bumped up into a plan that doesn't do anything for us. Only because we generated too many sales. We would like to go back to our old plan however it does not allow us to.
- Third Party Website "skins" are difficult to deal with. BigCommerce needs to make a better effort to communicate needs to them.
- Increased web sales three fold at least

It beat out Magento.
