Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We use BigCommerce for the store portion of our non-profit. We sell all our merchandise to supporters through our site to earn money for the non-profit.

Pros

  • Highly available support and quick feedback
  • Excellent store layouts and platforms
  • Good tutorials available for continued learning

Cons

  • Would like to be able to set individual shipping preferences for each product (without having to update the system as a whole)
  • Would like more options to include or exclude items during a sale (maybe by item vs category)
  • Analytics help us track annual goals and numbers and better strategize
  • Definitely attracted more site visitors

There are certainly features we haven't taken advantage of yet allowing us more space to grow.
This isn't something we have explored yet within BigCommerce.
This is the only product we've used!
We only use it for our retail store and would recommend it for that!
