Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use BigCommerce for the store portion of our non-profit. We sell all our merchandise to supporters through our site to earn money for the non-profit.
- Highly available support and quick feedback
- Excellent store layouts and platforms
- Good tutorials available for continued learning
- Would like to be able to set individual shipping preferences for each product (without having to update the system as a whole)
- Would like more options to include or exclude items during a sale (maybe by item vs category)
- Analytics help us track annual goals and numbers and better strategize
- Definitely attracted more site visitors
