Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
It is being used as our host and e-commerce software provider for our website. It is used across the whole organization and it addresses not having to worry about managing our e-commerce website software, server and also security. It has all the features we need from an e-commerce service provider.

- Always innovating and staying up to date with the latest trends
- They need a mobile app for iOS and Android where a user can manage their website. I know that this is currently in process though.
- Made things very easy on the backend for me to focus on listing products and increasing sales.

We integrate with different software, such as Shipstation, to manage all of our orders across different selling channels and also inventory management software that can sync inventory across different channels.
I have used Shopify and I prefer BigCommerce.
