Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce

We sell merch to our online community. Our online community is from all parts of the world, so having an online-based store really helps with connectivity.
  • Answering questions.
  • Being available to answer questions 24/7.
  • Web store themes are really professional looking.
  • Link between Square and BigCommerce is currently broken.

Great online experience.
Was using Square POS and was using Square Website too but that fell over at the last hour so we jumped to BigCommerce on the website front.I'm still using Square POS for the personal sales, but BigCommerce still hasn't fixed their link to Square so I had to pay a third party app $150 AUD for the month I needed Square POS, very boring but would love that link to be fixed with BigCommerce.
They were amazing when I was setting up my account, always available to answer the phone and answer any questions.
