Overall Satisfaction with BigCommerce
We use the BigCommerce platform to reach potential customers all over the country. We use the platform all though out the company. For example it is a great tool for keeping track of our inventory and customer base.
Pros
- The support (as with any platform issues will arise). BigCommerce's support is not only responsive but thoroughly engaging when resolving an issue.
- Ease of use, when we first started we did not have the staff to get things up and running. I recruited my nieces, all in their early teens, to help. They were able to perform the task easily.
- Gives us a great image. Out of all of our peers we are the only ones that use BigCommerce. Oh boy, what a difference.
Cons
- Being able to edited certain portions of the platform independent from others.
- Positive: Multiple functions accomplished with a single platform.
- Positive: Ease of use.
- Positive: host of recourses online to get by most any obstacle.
Less than $20,000
We are able to set things up for our customers, creating a simple experience for them and without making navigation over complicated.
