Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Bigin by Zoho CRM is utilized in our organization to streamline and enhance our operations, particularly in managing our relationships with potential and current clients, partners, and service providers. Here are a few of the business problems it addresses for us: Lead management, Customer Relationship Management, Tasks and Activity Management and for its Communication tool.

While Bigin by Zoho CRM has positively impacted our efficiency and customer interactions, some limitations in advanced features and scalability have necessitated supplementary tools, leading to a moderate overall impact rating.
Less features than Zoho, however it has more than enough functionality for what I need it for.

Bigin by Zoho CRM is excellent for Streamlining lead and sales pipeline management, Managing resident onboarding and ongoing interactions, and Monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. It might be less appropriate for managing complex cases or handling detailed financial reports. So far, it does what I need it to do and does it well.
