Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We used Bigin by Zoho CRM for our sales pipeline. We are into software development and consultancy as a service business. We found it really convenient and easy to use with good ui and ux in place. Would be using it for our other products to manage their GTM etc.

Pros

  • create different pipelines for different tasks
  • Manage and track leads and prospects
  • helping contact the leads

Cons

  • would love to see improvement in analytical dashboards
  • more organised and easy tracking with better productivity
I feel it is a good crm given the functionalities and especially the Ux on it
