Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

Bigin by Zoho very easy to work in as i am looking for a clean and easy to use crm for out bound leadgen activities

Pros

  • it is easy to use
  • it feels natural the work flow
  • it is well suited for outbound leadgen activities with integrating calling

Cons

  • i would like to be able to better manage licences for multple CRMS account
  • make it easier to obtain swedish phone numbes
  • shareable dashboard with clients
very clean easy to use and have integrated calling
close is ver good but costly Hubspot is over kill for the needs i have and very expensive
