Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

I started using it to track pipeline, contacts and tasks. Looking at adding tools for e-signature and email marketing. Appreciate its simplicity, but have some concerns about Gmail integration.

  • Fewer clicks to navigate between pages and update records
  • Feels slow at times
  • Value for the base features
  • Ability to expand via Zoho product (aka Toppings)
  • Mobile app works well
Value and simplicity are the keys for Bigin. Plus the ability to add more capabilities via Zoho. It makes up for some of the clunkiness.
