We are typical CRM users - we want to 1) organize sales opportunities and track progress thru a sales pipeline, 2) provide visibility to management re: the sales activities we're undertaking, e.g. calls and meetings, and 3) store information about sales prospects so we can maximize the quality of interaction with customers.
Pros
- ease of use means quick adoption
- ease of design means high level of data entry
- low price point means we can afford to have more people using the tool
Cons
- there is some confusion about why certain fields are the default landing location when arriving on a new page, e.g. last name instead of first name
- There are several required fields that we wish weren't required
- We wish there were ways to coordinate team calendars using the tool
- We expect a positive ROI from our investment in Bigin by Zoho CRM
- Morale among salespeople is high because of the tool's quality
Bigin by Zoho CRM had the best value proposition in terms of simplicity, cost, and features. We ran free trials with several competitors and Bigin by Zoho CRM stood out as the one most likely to be widely adopted by our sales team. It boils down to the product's look and feel, as well as its intuitive design.
