Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We are loving the Bigin by Zoho CRM experience so far! All the sales opportunities, client's details, road map plus support and client journey in one place. It is super easy and intuitive to use and customize. The use of forms is basic but it helps avoiding any manual clients add on. Highly recommended for you and your team

  • time saves by having all in one place
it's untuitive and simple to use even without any training plus you can find many video tutorials to help for any additional task needed. It's drag and drop and visual while everything is at sight and under the config menu, anyone at any age can use it, even the non tech savvy
I haven't tried any other similar products before. I watched various video tutorials to learn about a few others but then I decided for Bigin by Zoho CRM because it felt like it was the right one for our business. Thye give you a 14 days trials anyway so it's worth to experience it first

very good for start ups and relative small teams but can be used in bigger teams too. Well suited to keep track of sales and proposal and at the same time current clients details and roadmap, journey and support. Not very well suited for marketing and attracting new clients from different platforms
