Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

We started using Bigin by Zoho to have a CRM that was intuitive, useful, and efficient, and we weren't wrong!
Everything is very clear, customizable to suit your needs, and perfectly suited to our initial requirements! We will definitely continue using it, thus increasing our lead database, monitoring our RFQs, and trying to achieve all our marketing and sales funnel goals!

Abbiamo iniziato ad utilizzare Bigin per avere un CRM che fosse intuitivo, utile ed efficiente e non ci sbagliavamo! Tutto è molto chiaro, modificabile per le proprie esigenze e corrispondente alle nostre iniziali esigenze! Sicuramente continueremo ad utilizzarlo incrementando così il nostro lead database, monitorando le nostre RFQ e cercando di raggiungere tutti i nostir obiettivi di funnel marketing e di vendita!

It's very useful, user-friendly, intuitive, and very easy to use. It's easy for beginners to understand, easy to use, and helps marketing and sales teams monitor the entire sales funnel, up to the eventual sale or potential customer rejection of the offer.

E' molto utile, fuibile, intuitivo e molto facile da utilizzare. Comprensibile a chi è alle prime armi, si usa con molta facilità e aiuta il marketing ed il sales ad avere sotto controllo tutto il funnel di vendita fino alla eventuale vendita o eventuale diniego da parte del cliente circa l'offerta
Compared to HubSpot, I found Bigin by Zoho much more straightforward and less cumbersome for the needs of a small business. Compared to Pipedrive, Bigin by Zoho offers unbeatable value for money, including automation features. Why I chose Bigin: I chose Bigin primarily for its clean, pipeline-focused interface. The ease of setup was crucial: I was up and running in less than an hour. Furthermore, the native integration with the Zoho ecosystem and the quality of the mobile app make it the perfect tool for those who don't need a complex CRM but still want a professional and scalable system.

Rispetto a HubSpot, ho trovato Bigin molto più immediato e meno dispersivo per le esigenze di una piccola impresa; Rispetto a Pipedrive, Bigin offre un rapporto qualità-prezzo imbattibile, includendo funzionalità di automazione .Perché ho scelto Bigin:
Ho scelto Bigin principalmente per la sua interfaccia pulita e focalizzata sulla pipeline. La facilità di configurazione è stata decisiva: in meno di un'ora ero già operativo. Inoltre, l'integrazione nativa con l'ecosistema Zoho e la qualità dell'app mobile lo rendono lo strumento perfetto per chi non ha bisogno di un CRM complesso, ma vuole comunque un sistema professionale e scalabile.

I believe it's useful in all areas of Marketing and Sales, especially at the beginning of the funnel, when the contact is recorded by the Sales Account Manager. From there on, you can easily monitor, contact them again, and mark the contact's expiration date to follow up. For small and medium-sized businesses, it's an excellent tool for converting leads into customers.

Credo che sia utile in tutti i campi del Marketing e del Sales, soprattutto nella parte iniziale del funnel, quando il contatto viene registrato dal Sales Account Manager. Da lì in poi, si può tranquillamente monitorare, ricontattare, segnare la scadenza del contatto per risentirlo. Per piccole e medie imprese è un ottimo strumento di trasformazione da Lead a Customer
