Overall Satisfaction with Bill.com
I am using it for a client so that their bookkeeper can import the invoices and I can manage cash flow, data entry etc., to sync with QuickBooks. I am now their accounting department and Bill.com enables remote access and remote control. Also it's nice to be able to link invoices directly.
- Sync with Quickbooks eliminates double entry.
- Invoices themselves are linked in system.
- Can pay from anywhere.
- The screen is a little hard to navigate since there are many options on how to enter an invoice. I would prefer seeing a menu driven system sort of like QuickBooks that would be easier for my clients.
- Better control over cash flow
- Oversight is better
