We use Birdeye as our number one source for our client's reputation management of their business. It aids to provide reputation solutions to assist in review generation across various sites such as Google and Facebook. The main needs our clients have expressed when it comes to reputation management is the lack of consistency and frequency of receiving highly rated feedback. Yet with Birdeye, we are able to overcome that challenge.
