Overall Satisfaction with BizLibrary
I use it to record employee training. Some training is done through it and employees use it to upgrade their skills as well.
- Good library - diverse range of topics.
- Web access so employees can use it at home.
- Responsive customer service team.
- It could be simpler to administer.
- Without customer service support, I would not be able to resolve some errors in recording classroom training as the solution was obscure.
- I'm not 100% sure - It's actually hard to get employees to do the assigned training without sending a lot of reminders and I see sometimes they've spent less than a minute on the training, so I know they're just ticking the box and moving on.
