Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT

Basically, you have a monopoly, and you use it to increase your annual fees while providing less support personally and programmatically.

  • Poor customer service.
  • Increase in annual fees.
  • Discontinuing products while not providing a choice of equal value.
  • Major Gift research.
  • Campaign module.
  • Lapsed donor info.
  • The high cost of RNXT loses all ROI.
  • Now we can’t utilize the Thank You letter system you use to provide im unless we pay a hefty price which used to be in the basic cost.
  • Dashboards are helpful,
It helped us to automatically increase the ask, and it has been somewhat successful.
Those that have used the online training say it equips them with the basics.
Salesforce. We already had RNXT when we merged two orgs so mi j g it to a new system just didn’t make sense. But we will be re-evaluating g our systems.
