Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
It is our CRM. I enter all gifts in the database, use it to acknowledge and develop prospect lists and mailing lists. Raiser's Edge is our main database for fundraising and donor management. We use it to pull reports for fiscal and calendar year and send mail outs for fundraising campaigns as well as online campaigns. It holds all of our donor information
- Reports of all kinds
- Mailing labels, spreadsheets
- Lybunt
- Downloading online gifts from Blackbaud merchant services , all infor is not included and takes some manual labor
- Acknowledgement letters can no longer be run out of blackbaud! Huge inconvenience
- Easily creates duplicates

- A definite increase in funds raised
- An increase in the number of donors
- Time saved and more organized asks
We have not had the opportunity to use the data analytics as much as we need to as an organization because of our very small shop size. However, when taking the time, data analytics , such as LYBUNT, next ask, campaign and appeal analysis has been extremely impactful for our organization
