Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT
We use Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT for the management of donations for our small nonprofit, which is part of a larger university institution. It takes the load off our organization, which only has a small number of employees doing a lot of work.

- Having alerts related to tasks that go into your email inbox.
- Interface could be more intuitive.
- Recorded training modules for new employees.
- Generating giver lists.
- Organizing our "rolodex" of funding institutions.
- Keeping donor information secure.

Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is useful for identifying donor prospects and their giving capabilities. Being able to manually make edits when information changes, such as an employer or preferred contact information, is also a useful feature.
